Ten years ago, I sat in a relationship counselor‘s office, and the advice he gave us was, “have more sex!” After the smirks, I let those words sink in. If we wanted to be happier, argue less, and become closer… have more sex. Interesting thought, let us take a closer look.

Couples that play together, stay together. Nothing builds low self-worth faster than not being attractive and desired by your partner. People that engage in infidelity, and emotional affairs are really acting out larger issues in their relationship, but that is another conversation. Making time to make love, and be intimate, bonds and creates unity. It can help alleviate jealousy, and build trust. You are sharing yourself in every way, and that is a beautiful thing.

Break loose from the ordinary, and get kinky already! Let me set the scene, you have been married for ten years. Sex has become boring and laborious. Almost like an obligation. If there is one person who you should feel comfortable, sharing all your desires with it should be your spouse or significant other. Go rent a chalet somewhere, or a hotel for an evening, leave the kids at home, and go get your freak on! Be each other’s private adult star, and rekindle the electricity that brought you together in the first place.

Great sex is in the giving, not the receiving. I think most people will agree that the best lovers are the best listeners, most attentive, generous, patient, and thoughtful. Instead of focusing on what you are, or are not getting, only takes away the true potential of achieving that sexual nirvana you so desire. If both partners are equally committed to pleasing each other, it would be pretty darn hard to have bad sex don’t you think? Listen to what pleases your partner and what they desire. Then take the time to learn and make all of those fantasies come true.

Sex is good for the soul. After having an orgasm, endorphins are released, and a calm euphoria will come over you. Sex is great for cardiovascular exercise. Just think of how good you feel after having great sex. You feel confident, and vibrant. Your happiness radiates from you. Your “glow” is noticed by friends and co-workers alike. It liberates the mind and soothes our insecurities. Feeling down lately, why don’t you get a little TLC from your partner? Or why not make them feel better by giving them some special attention. Everyone loves a little tender loving care!

Sex is a very important component to every relationship. Happy couples enjoy their intimacy and sex life in loving, binding, and exciting ways. Do not neglect your needs, or those of your partner. It is hard to argue when you are having sex. It is hard to be angry when you are having intimate relations. Enjoy life, it is the only one you have. Love the one you are with!

This Midwestern golfer wants to get away. After a ten hour drive or a two and a half hour flight, golf nirvana is at hand. Reasonably priced, easily accessible, and full of Southern hospitality The Trail is a golfer’s paradise.

Perhaps it was similar to the movie Field of Dreams with its catch phrase “If you build it they will come”… because come they did (and still do); to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail located in Alabama. Whatever the reason or inspiration Dr. David Bronner came up with the novel idea of building a group of 11 championship golf courses that ran from Huntsville in the North  all the way down to Lakewood in the South end of the state. Tens of thousands of golfers have come to play the courses. For Dr. Bonner there was only one person capable of helping him realize this dream and that was Robert Trent Jones, considered the top architect of golf course builders of the time, so Mr. Jones decided to come out of semi-retirement in order to take on this project.

Originally there were seven courses: Oxmoor Valley located in Birmingham, Hampton Cove found in Huntsville, Grand National located in Opelika, the Silver Lakes found in Anniston, Highland Oaks in Dothan, Cambrian Ridge found in Greenville and Magnolia Grove located in Mobile. Added in 1999 was Capitol Hill in Montgomery and in 2005 both Ross Bridge in Birmingham and The Shoals of Florence were opened. The Trail is considered one of the greatest tests in golf; multiple tee boxes can vary the yardage with some tracks longer than 8,000 yards.

It is said that the Robert Trent Jones Trail is a fantastic experience in golfing for everyone. There is challenge enough for some of the best golfers around and yet is still a very pleasant outing for the beginner to casual golfer. Make sure you play the par three courses if you get a chance, they are a blast.

If you enjoy a little luxury after a long day of golfing then you may be interested to learn that 8 of the 10 golf courses are served by resort hotels; including Marriott at the Grand National, Marriott at Capitol Hill, the Marriott Shoals Spa and Resort and the Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort. Each of the locations has an interstate or highway nearby (Interstate 65 goes by six of them) and all of them are very easily accessed by road coming from Atlanta. Plus, the airport in Birmingham is pretty much central to all of the courses which make it easy to reach any one of them from any city throughout the U.S.

If you are looking for a real challenge along with some great scenery then the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail is a sure bet for a great golfing vacation.

However, if we did, we could buy the new Elemment Palazzo seen here. Never heard of it? That’s because it’s brand new. It’s built by a company called Marchi Mobile out of Austria.

It has everything you’d ever think wouldn’t go into an RV. Unless, of course, you wanted a master bedroom with its own bathroom, leather seating, 40″ flat screen TV’s throughout, a rainfall shower, underfloor heating, and a fireplace. Not to mention the pullout luxury bar that adds 80% more space to the rig.

The vehicle is 40 feet long and weighs 20 tons, but can still top out at 93mph. (What good is a mobile palace if you can’t run it out a little, right?) And believe it or not, Marchi says it gets 20% better fuel mileage than vehicles comparable in size, due to the Palazzo’s aerodynamic design. (Umm, “vehicles comparable in size”? They could have provided a specific example, because we’ve never seen anything like this before.) For safety reasons, you’ll be glad to know that the entire RV is painted in glow-in-the-dark paint. Yeah, like anybody was going to miss this thing.

Marchi also says that they’d be more than happy to customize the vehicle for you further, but for a price of course. They even said they’d go so far as to cover it in diamonds. Great. Way to have a nice inconspicuous vehicle to take the family on vacation with, huh?
